The elected Officers of the Club shall constitute the Executive Committee. They are empowered to conduct the necessary business of the Club between regular meetings of the Board of Directors.
The Officers of the Club, Chairmen of all departments, chairmen of all committees and all past presidents of the Club shall constitute the Board of Directors.
